Alan Dillon, General Manager
Alan has over 30 years' experience in road transport, warehousing and distribution.
This valuable knowledge, and management style has assisted in the growth of
the company and helped get it to where it is today. Alan is very active within
operations and spends considerable time looking at maintenance and procurement
of new vehicles to add to the already growing fleet. He offers experience
in designing and delivering effective solutions for the road/line-haul logistics.
Rodger Cawte, Operations Manager
Rodger joined the management team in 2008 after an extensive career in truck
driving around Australia. He is very experienced in all aspects of the transport
industry and has worked in the industry since 1978. With a passion for continually
improving service quality, Rodger is a strong addition to the operations management
team.
Harry Marriott, Accountant
Harry joined the team in 2003. As Accountant, Harry is responsible for finance,
billing, end-of-month reporting, payroll insurance, claims management and
other business-related issues. He brings a wealth of knowledge in business
management, coupled with a very strong financial and business banking background.
Nicole Grech, Administration Manager
In her current role, Nicole manages all client contact staff from reception
through to the operations support and account management departments. She
has been with JLM since 2005 and has extensive knowledge of the company's
reports and internal processes.
